Compagnie charter créée sous le nom d'Euravia le 1er décembre 1961. Elle adopta le nom de Britannia Airways en 1964. Elle fut rebaptisée Thomsonfly en mars 2004 et depuis effectue des vols low-cost. Le 2 octobre 2017 elle fut reconvertie en TUI Airways Ltd.
